Fully automatic pickling and drying line

      Purpose:It is mainly used for pickling and drying of copper parts.

Brief introduction of Technology:

      Artificially place the workpiece in the hanging basket, and then place the hanging basket in the car and send it to the upper part (manual positioning). The whole set of equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller. The manipulator automatically puts the hanging basket into the pickling tank. The pickling time (rhythm) can be adjusted according to the output of the workpiece and the contamination status of the workpiece. After reaching the set time, the manipulator puts the hanging basket in the downstream cleaning slot in turn until the hanging basket is placed on the conveying chain of the transition section, and the workpiece is manually dropped after drying and air cooling.
