Brief introduction of Technology:

Artificially, the workpiece is first placed in the small workpiece basket, then the small workpiece basket is placed in the hanging basket, and then the hanging basket is placed on the drum platform at the upper part (automatic positioning). The whole set of equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller. The manipulator automatically places the basket in the ultrasonic degreasing tank. The cleaning time (rhythm) can be adjusted according to the output of the workpiece and the contamination status of the workpiece. After reaching the set time, the manipulator places the basket in the lower channel cleaning slot in turn until the basket is placed on the conveying chain in the transition zone. Then the rotary angle manipulator places the basket in the upper part of the drying oven. On the conveyor chain, after drying and air-cooling, the hanging basket is placed on the upper conveyor drum of the cleaning section by the circuitous rotary manipulator (note: the upper and lower parts of the equipment are in the same position).
