1. Open the suction pipe of the pump and allow it to start running after 5 seconds. The remaining pump oil in the vacuum sintering furnace is easily discharged.

2. First remove the exhaust pipe, then open the oil valve, and then pour out the pump oil.

3. Close the oil drain valve and inject new vacuum pump oil from the filler neck.

4. If the pollution of the pump oil in the vacuum sintering furnace is very serious, it is necessary to add some new pump oil and clean it after running for a few minutes. If the cleaning is not done properly once, it must be cleaned multiple times.

5. After replacing the pump oil with a new one, turn on the pump in the vacuum sintering furnace and wait for the temperature of the vacuum sintering furnace to rise before confirming the vacuum limit pressure.

6. The maintenance process requires cleaning the filter screen.

Precautions for vacuum pump operation in vacuum sintering furnace:

A. The vacuum pump generates high temperatures (40-80 degrees) during long-term operation in a vacuum sintering furnace. Therefore, after operating or just stopping, the vacuum sintering furnace cannot touch the surface until the motor and pump body cool to normal temperature.

B. If an emergency occurs during work, immediately turn off the main power supply and provide warranty solutions.

C. If the equipment in the vacuum sintering furnace is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately, forced pouring is prohibited, and continuous work with faults should be carried out.

D. Non maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling the vacuum pump components in the vacuum sintering furnace.

E. The cloth strips and scraps used for maintenance of equipment in the vacuum sintering furnace should be placed in a designated stacking location to prevent debris from entering the pump.
